Having many clients gathered in one place presents an opportunity to update the group on what’s new and coming up in the product roadmap. At the 2019 Results+ Fleet Performance Summit, Chief Operating Officer Ahsan Rahim walked the attendees through key product news and spoke how they’re built around the Results+ Fleet Performance framework.
Here’s a recap of what was covered:
Driver Productivity & Satisfaction: The Wheels Mobile Assistant had a great year and utilization continues to grow. The most popular features on the app are the mileage entry, checking order status and the service shop locator.
Risk Mitigation: Our Motor Vehicle Record Monitoring solution helps fleet managers intervene and take corrective action earlier when an item of concern turns up on a driver’s record. The auto-trigger takes the place of yearly or quarterly monitoring so there is a timelier notification whenever something of note is recorded.
Fleet Administration & Ease: The FleetView™ Mobile app has been well received amongst our clients. Fleet managers find the tool most useful when on the go and away from their computers. Commonly used features include approving collision/maintenance repairs and searching vehicles and drivers.
Integration & Control: Advancements were made to the web version of FleetView™ with more customizable and shareable dashboards, additions to data visualization and easy scheduling and distribution of reports. In addition, our Fleet Request Dashboard provides transparency to status and estimated completion date while enabling clients to directly connect with the Wheels team working the request via the “ask a question” feature.
Total Cost Management: In addition to some key pilots running, enhancements are being made to our remarketing process. We’re offering new strategies for maximizing resale price and minimizing days to sell.
