Matt Dyer serves as Executive Advisor at Wheels, bringing his extensive executive leadership experience, most recently from his tenure as CEO and President of LeasePlan USA. In this role he led the organization through a four-year phase of accelerated growth with a focus on consistently improving the customer experience, employee engagement and the delivery of transformational initiatives.
In his advisory role, Matt provides strategic guidance and insights, leveraging his background to support Wheels’ CEO and executive leadership team through the integration process and driving growth and operational excellence.
Across his 28 years with the business, Matt has held numerous senior executive roles at LeasePlan, including more than four years as CEO of LeasePlan UK, over five years as Managing Director of LeasePlan International, and four years as Chief Commercial Officer of LeasePlan UK.
Matt has a BSc in Managerial & Administrative Studies from Aston University and previously worked for Mobil Oil and Hewlett Packard.
