Laura Jozwiak continues to support Wheels as a Strategic Advisor, partnering with the executive team on key initiatives that enhance client value, strengthen operations, and drive growth. A respected industry leader, Laura brings a unique blend of strategic insight, operational expertise, and customer-first thinking developed over more than 30 years in the fleet management industry.
Previously, Laura served as Chief Client Officer, where she led the company’s client growth and retention strategies. She was responsible for client management, account management, client relations, client analytics, last mile strategic programs, and international support. Her leadership helped elevate the client experience and deliver innovative, data-driven solutions tailored to optimize fleet performance.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management from Western Governors University. She has served as Secretary, Vice President, President, and Past President of the AFLA Board of Directors. She also serves on the Intrinsic Schools Board and a member of the Women In Fleet Management (WIFM), and is a member of The Chicago Network, which is committed to empowering all women to lead.
