As the Chief Client Officer at Wheels, Laura Jozwiak leads the efforts to grow and nurture existing client relationships and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
In her role, Laura is responsible for overseeing client management, account management, client relations, client analytics, last mile strategic programs and International support. Her leadership focuses on providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions to help clients optimize fleet performance, ensuring a superior experience.
With a career spanning three decades of nurturing client relationships, Laura has deep expertise in fleet management, strategy, and operations – including licensing and titling, acquisitions, and fuel management. Her extensive industry knowledge allows her to deliver valuable insights and strategies to configure solutions that drive results for our clients
Laura attended the University of Illinois Chicago, where she studied Russian Literature and Language. She has served as Secretary, Vice President, President and Past President of the AFLA Board of Directors. She serves on the Intrinsic Schools Board, Women In Fleet Management (WIFM) Board, and is a member of The Chicago Network which is committed to empowering all women to lead.
